    警方前往查看發現，來自高雄市的張姓男子操控空拍機在拍攝演習區域，警方帶回偵訊，張男向警方供稱，他只是普通軍事迷，因覺得阿帕契直升機飛行姿態相當雄偉，又不知道直升機在何處飛行，所以才想利用空拍機看看演習在哪個方向，方便他使用攝影機拍攝，不知道會觸法。警方表示，張男使用空拍機的位置在恆春航空站，可能涉及違反民用航空法，已將相關資料函文恆春航空站辦理。1050825
